On February 14, 2009, I had a dream about an interstate highway.
My wife and I were traveling someplace in the US. I saw a dirt road that went straight down a
valley and up a hill. To my right, I saw an old worn sign hidden behind some brush. It was an
interstate highway sign―the distinctive red and blue signs that designate the federal highway
system that weaves its way throughout our country. The number on the sign was 465. Off to the
right was a town. At first, I thought that we were to travel on I-465, but it looked as if it were
either unfinished or abandoned. Instead, we turned right into the adjacent town. I was given the
impression that this trip was going to be difficult or convoluted in some way, as if it were not
going to be on major roads but on smaller roads through many small towns. The buildings in this
particular town reminded me of something out of the 1930’s. Then a woman spoke to us that we
should look around the town and take note of the marvelous glass ceilings in these buildings. I
recall looking up and actually seeing a glass ceiling. The dream ended.
Three questions came to mind as I sought for the meaning of the dream: Is there some spiritual
meaning to the number 465? Is I-465 a real highway and, if so, where is it? Was there any news
on this day that could be connected to I-465?
First, the number 465 divided by 5 yields the number 93, which is also a factor of 3 times 31.
According to biblical gematria, the
number 31 signifies God
, and the
number 93 signifies
love and the sons the God
.
Second, the phrase
"judgment of Yahweh"
has a gematria of 465. Thus, I-465 could have
something to do with God's judgment.
Third, I-465 is the interstate beltway that encircles
Indianapolis, the capital of the state of
Indiana
. This 53-mile rectangular stretch of road, which was built from 1959-1970, has seven
junctions with other interstate highways and is known for its many car accidents. This led me to
believe that something significant was going to happen in relation to Indianapolis and, most
likely, in relation to government or politics since this is the state’s capital. The Lord has spoken
to me to transcend time, so I knew that the significance would come to light later. Based on
previous experiences with the Lord, I expected to see something manifested close to 2/14 in the
next year or two. He didn’t let me down!
Fourth, apart from the 14th being Valentine’s Day, February 14, 2009 was also very same day
that the
US Congress passed the historic $787 billion Stimulus Bill
, which the president
signed three days later on the 17th. It was historic in that it dramatically increased the US debt,
increasing our status as a
debtor nation
and placing us under greater bondage to our creditors.
The US is no longer owned by the people but by other nations and the wealthy elite of the global
financial system, that is,
Mystery Babylon
. Essentially, the US has been mortgaged nearly to
the point that we might never be able to pay off the debt without much higher taxes and inflation,
or even worse, a complete collapse of our economic system.
Exactly one year later, on February 15, 2010, something of great political significance occurred
in relation to Indiana.
Senator Evan Bayh
, a so-called moderate or centrist Democrat from
Indiana, announced that he was not going to run for reelection. In his remarks, he stated that he

loved serving the people of his state but that
he did not love Congress
. This last statement
was quite an indictment of the institution that both he and his father, Birch, have served in.
True to form, the politicians and pundits were in a frenzy trying to explain this move that was
described by some as a “political bombshell” in its impact. Of course, some were cynical of Mr.
Bayh’s motive for retiring from the Senate, and the opposing party smelled blood and was ready
to go in for the kill, politically speaking, to get a Republican elected to his seat in November of
2010.
My assessment is that none of them have a clue as to what God is up to in our day. The
politicians and pundits simply see all that is happening as part of the game of politics and
power. They all are in for a surprise as God brings judgment on a system that is buttressed by
corruption, hypocrisy, lies, and falsehood. The cords of falsehood are going to be cut soon.
This dream came nearly 2 years (February 28, 2008) after I dreamed of these cords being cut.
I believe that since I-465 is a federal highway around a state capital, signifying government, and
the highway in the dream was an abandoned dirt road, Evan Bayh’s indictment of Congress
speaks of God’s judgment of the US Government and the political system that drives it. The fact
that the dream also came on the day that the failed Stimulus Bill was passed by Congress adds
further light on the matter. Simply, through this senator, God spoke His judgment of an immoral,
corrupt system that has shackled the American people with the
cords of falsehood
.
There should be no doubt that great change is coming that will be both good and bad.
On the bad side, very difficult and tumultuous days are coming.
On the good side, the number 465 speaks of God’s love for the world, even in judgment, and
the coming manifestation of the sons of God. This may be the meaning of the glass ceiling that I
saw in the dream.
Endure a bit longer. The Lord is coming to transfigure the conquering sons into His immortal
and glorified image and to establish His kingdom over the nations through His body of
conquerors.
